This was an event where a selection of cupcakes was chosen for the guests invited instead of a fully catered Dessert Buffet. In addition, it was agreed upon that we would be providing the Set-up/Breakdown service for the Buffet as well as providing all of the Serveware, signage, etc.

The front of our large Cupcake Buffet Table. Because it was an 'off-site event' for us - meaning we weren't there to maintain the table - we wanted to get the majority - if not all - of the cupcakes on display so no one from the Wedding Party had to maintain it.

Because we had to work around obstacles such as stairs, columns, walking space and such we needed to be creative with our table set-up. In this instance we were offered one large round table or two (2) six (6) foot tables and a square table as well. We clearly chose the latter option feeling that it would give us a better layout and more space to display the 36 dozen 'Not So Mini' Mini Cupcakes we were providing and the cookies that Wedding Guests were delivering as well.

This was an instance that we were able to use the added space that one of our Dessert Carts provide as well.

Despite the somewhat gloomy day the fact that there was such a beautiful view meant that we were asked to not use a backdrop for this event.

We suggest three (3) to four (4) cupcake selections if electing for a 'Just Cupcake' Buffet; the organizer of this particular event opted for three (3) choices from the entire selection of cupcakes that we offer.

The options for that nights' event were: Orange Creamsicle, Pink Champagne and White Almond with a Cherry Almond Buttercream.

Many brides choose to use our Champagne Cupcakes for the toast instead of real Champagne so everyone - including children - can participate. It's a very cute play on the traditional toast that's seen at virtually every wedding reception. These were Pink Champagne Cupcakes that were offered as a Buffet Selection.

It was a lot of cupcakes to place, so we were happy to have all the table space that we were offered!

We like to coordinate the accent fabrics that we provide with the colors the Wedding Party is using, in this instance we were told that the Bride had Ivory in her flowers and the Groomsmen were wearing Gray - we chose a beautiful satiny Ivory and a Light Gray/Silver Fabric to run down the tables.
