...although parking being a bear as it was the same weekend as the Taste of Buffalo, this was an incredibly elegant Dessert Buffet. The color theme was Black, White and Red and the owner of Soho was incredibly accommodating, giving us plenty of tables to set up a wonderful display.

We prefer to work on eight (8) foot tables but in this instance were given one six (6) foot table and two (2) tall three (3) foot square tables. Plenty of room!

When we were contacted about this event we were asked if it was too small for us to provide service for being there was only an estimated 40-50 guests attending. We assured the planner and we can assure you as well that we've worked small, intimate wine tastings to large weddings and we're more than happy to provide service for any amount of guests.

In this instance, our Starter Menu was chosen with a few Item Upgrades, giving leeway to order some of our Starter Menu Options from the Premium Menu; it's a nice option we offer if you'd like to stay within the Starter Menu but really want a flavor or two from the Premium Menu.

Our consultation was a pleasure! With our planner downloading our PDF Review/Planning Pages and being able to look everything over, she was pretty much prepared for choosing from all of the options. Because she wanted to stay within the color theme, some of the options she went with were the Red Velvet Cupcakes and White Chocolate dipped Pretzel Rods with Red and Black Sprinkles ...which we find amazingly popular at every event they're chosen!

A classic Black Backdrop with the Red Panels at the ends and Red Twisty Reeds in the center of the table helped make this an elegant Dessert Buffet as did all of the coordinating colors of the Confections.

Beautiful glittery Red Shoe Cutout Cookies were added as were Kit Kat Bars and Vanilla Bean Cheesecakes.

Left to Right (Front Row): Red Velvet White Chocolate Dipped Pretzel Rods, Caramel Frappuccino Brownies, White Chocolate Dipped Pretzel Rods and Red Velvet Cupcakes.

In every Dessert Buffet we host, we always provide napkins, take away bags or boxes, and all the serveware (tongs, scoops, etc.) necessary unless otherwise requested.

These were the Secondary Tall Tables provided by Soho for the event. From Left to Right: Vanilla Bean Cheesecakes, Millky Way Bars, Caramel Frappuccino Brownies (Top) and Red Velvet Cupcakes (Bottom), Vanilla Bean Cheesecakes and Hershey Kisses (Back). You can see the Black and White Chevron Takeaway Bags in the center of the table that were happily used by exiting guests!
