A classic cheesecake. A graham cracker and almond crust provide the base for this cheesecake flavored with delicious Amaretto before being topped with sweetened stabilized whipped cream and slivered almonds.
We use a graham cracker crust for this cheesecake made with ripe bananas. Why do we use ripe bananas? Because they give the best flavor to this - one of our tastiest - cheesecakes!
Banana Chocolate Chip
Our delicious Banana Cheesecake with a chocolate crust and a generous amount of mini chocolate chips mixed in.
We were going to offer only 2 Banana Cheesecakes before we remembered this version; we use our Banana Cheesecake with a chocolate crust to start and then top it with fresh, lightly sweetened, stabilized whipped cream, chopped nuts, a drizzle of chocolate sauce and - of course - a cherry to top it all off!

A fantastic cheesecake with a gingersnap base that's flavored with one of our favorite strong, dark rums.
This isn't a traditional cheesecake in the sense that there's no 'true' crust ...it's a carrot cake base with a rich cheesecake filling swirled with more carrot cake. It's then topped with a sweetened Cream Cheese/Sour Cream Topping and garnished with Sweetened, Stabilized Whipped Cream and chopped walnuts.

More things in the world should be maple-flavored. That's the main reason we make this cheesecake! We start with a special crust that we make with a combination of graham crackers and finely ground toasted walnuts, then we fill it with a maple-y filling. We garnish with walnuts, sweetened, stabilized whipped cream and a drizzle of maple syrup. It's a great cheesecake!

Ahmie is one of the people who taught our founder everything he knows ...his mom - who now goes by Ahmie because that's what her Grandchildren (and everyone else) calls her. This is her cheesecake; a delicious layer of cream cheese filling in a graham cracker crust with a sour cream topping. Still the best.
Ahmie's Classic Chocolate Sour Cream
The same concept as her original but this one starts with a chocolate cookie crust, then gets a chocolate filling before being topped with the original sour cream topping.
Brownie Bottom Chocolate Chip Cheesecake
This is fantastic cheesecake layered over a soft brownie base; flavored with vanilla bean and miniature chocolate chips and topped with sweetened, stabilized whipped cream, this is definitely not going to disappoint!
Pretzel Cheesecake Delight
Not a 'true' cheesecake but incredibly delicious anyway! We start with a sweetened Pretzel base then add a layer of cheesecake-type filling and finish it with your choice of cherry, raspberry or Blueberry topping.
